We are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer at Billerud. In this position, you, who are technically inclined, will have the opportunity to work with reliability-enhancing measures on production equipment and develop our maintenance operations.

About the position

As a Maintenance Engineer in Fiber, you will work closely with another Maintenance Engineer and the mechanical workshop where technicians, FU inspectors/lubricators, and mechanics work. Your mission is to increase the availability of the machines in production. This includes, for example:

• Leading investigations and root cause analyses related to our production equipment
• Developing justifications for investments and projects and participating as the maintenance responsible in projects
• Participating in the planning and execution of targeted maintenance efforts during planned stops
• Preparing materials for long-term maintenance plans
• Proposing and investigating reliability-enhancing measures on machine equipment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with lifespan analyses and working with long-term maintenance plans.
• Good knowledge of materials science
• Experience in conducting root cause analyses and driving improvement work.
• Driving license B.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in the process industry, preferably in pulp production.
